It is a common feeling among citizens of developing countries that life Overseas is better than their own country but it may not be always true. Whether you are planning to study overseas or willing to permanently settle in any developed country like USA, the UK, Canada, Australia, and so on, I personally believe and would suggest all the aspirants should do SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis. Any person cannot risk his or her life based on the assumption that life in a developed country will definitely be better.
